La Palma Beaches

On the East coast, south of Santa Cruz at Los Cancajos, Los Cancajos beach is very wide and mixes black sand and rocks. The beach also features some lovely fish restaurants. Los Cancajos is one of the best places to dive through the many underwater coves that are here in this unique underwater world. Los Cancajos is also close to the islands capital of Santa Cruz.

On the west coast at Puerto Naos there you will find a large beach of black sand and some smaller ones., Puerto Naos gets the most sunshine and there are quieter beaches, inculding one naturist beach which is located south of the town. Lifesaving and
first aid equipment and staff on duty on the beach
are assured. Bathing water quality and beach
services are still present in almost all Spanish Blue
Flag and Canary Islands for a wider period.
